Catering + The Kitchen


Kelsi & Mark together have a combined 31 years in the F&B hospitality industry. They met while opening up a new restaurant together and fell in love with each other -  more than they already loved creating warm dining experiences, intimate events and memorable moments.
Separately and together, they have helped open ice cream parlors, coffee shops, gastro-pubs, pizzerias, taco houses, wine bars, and finally their very own restaurant: The Mine Cafe in Jerome, Arizona.
Being a part of that growth process from an empty shop front into a habitable work space and then into a thriving, community driven business has offered a lot of perspective on how best to transform a vague vision into a remarkable reality.
Having worked every position of both front and back-of-house throughout the years, they are well versed in what it takes to coordinate different staff members, skill sets and tasks to ensure that a clean, timely execution is achieved for any event.
